The Provo River is a delightful, but still very under-developed resource.
Currently it only serves as the view/sound from the river trail, and for some fishing.
Boating, a greater range of fishing, and perhaps even ice skating in the winter could be achieved by allowing for a series of gated reservoirs that would still allow most sections to continue as they are now, while making for the deeper, calmer sections that are such an asset to many other communities benefiting from a river running thru.
